Accurate primary survey control is a pre-requisite for the largest major developments to the smallest housing projects. Kordil personnel have been establishing and maintaining precise survey control for many years involving projects such as industrial plants, shopping centres, large office developments, airports, power stations and many other commercial schemes. Typically, we can provide survey control at all stages of a project, from the initial traverse, establishing the building grid, through to providing gridlines and datums to all levels of construction.
Employing accomplished surveyors, trained to use modern survey instruments, supplemented with GPS systems for larger developments, we are able to establish survey control networks to either the national grid, related to the architects established setting out criteria or develop a best fit grid reference to site conditions. Generally, level datums are established referenced to the local benchmarks.
